Gucci Mane’s Wife Keyshia Ka’oir Shuts Down Claims His Record Label Is Cursed Amid Enchanting’s Death

We previously reported on the passing of Gucci Mane’s former artist Enchanting. According to reports, the rapper whose real name is Channing Nicole Larry, died as a result of drug overdose.

Not long after the sad news broke, folks online began running a narrative of Gucci Mane’s 1017 record label being cursed.

Some even compiled a list of the bad and unfavorable things that has happened to artists in the label. Specifically, popular blog on X, My Mixtapez, posted a tweet of the terrible fates some of Gucci’s artists have suffered and the tweet went viral.

The photo attached to the viral tweet shows Gucci Mane posing with his signees some years back. Coincidentally, none of these artists are currently in good condition dead or alive.

“Pooh Shiesty is currently serving 8 years in prison. Big Scarr has passed away, Enchanting – on life support A (this was prior to her death), Foogiano is serving 5 years, Hotboy Wes is also serving 15 years, K Shiday and Roboy were dropped by label and Hoodrich Pablo Juan is also facing RICO charges.

The tweet sparked outrage from fans and has since been garnering mixed reactions online. “Him and jay z are bargaining the souls of young black artist,” a tweep claimed.

“Lil Wop – Cut his dick off and became a woman, they forgot about that one lol,” another person commented, referencing excluded artist, Lil Wop, who’s now a trans. “1017 cursed by Pookie loc,” someone else added.

There are several other tweets claiming the same thing about 1017 label, although this particular tweet gained the most traction. Gucci Mane’s wife Keyshia Ka’oir, caught wind of the theories and quickly shut it down.

“Leave my husband alone! He signs these artist to help them & give them a better life! I wish it wasn’t like this ! Chant we love you baby girl! RIH,” she tweeted in response to the ‘cursed’ claims.
