Tekashi 6ix9ine could be facing the wrath of the law if convicted of violating parole after federal agents say the Brooklyn rapper had drugs and a gun inside his home following a raid.

Just in, the rainbow haired rapper is claiming he was framed. He made this claim while in court today to further discuss the raid that went down last month.

According to reports, the feds found drugs and a firearm at his Florida mansion after conducting a check to see if he had been following the stipulations of his probation. The controversial rapper was handcuffed during the routine check, but only because it is protocol to do so.

At the time, he said that the feds and local cops rushed the house and kept him in handcuffs from 9 AM to 3 PM while they searched the place.

The authorities collected DNA samples but didn’t arrest him as there wasn’t enough proof. Nevertheless, the “Gooba” hitmaker is claiming that these items that the feds did uncover were never his.

6ix9ine tells TMZ that a “former friend/snitch” was responsible for planting a Glock pistol, MMDA, and cocaine all around his Florida pad. His lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, is confident that his client will be able to avoid any more jail time.

At present, judge has agree to ban guns and drugs from the rapper’s home. The 28-year-old did issue an apology for the scene he caused with last month’s raid as well. The outlet adds that that May 22 will be the day that Tekashi learns what the future holds.

If found not guilty of violating his parole though, the feds should keep eyes on him until November. The “Fefe” crooner also has very strict travel guidelines. We’ll keep you updated on the court’s verdict.
